  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend you use a tracked service that offers proof of postage.
  • Returns do not need to be in the original box or bag, as long as they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
  • All goods will be inspected on return.
  • Refunds will be at our discretion for items returned to us in an unsuitable condition.
  • If you have ordered the wrong item, then you’ll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
  • We will refund the price you purchased your item at, including sale items or items with multi-buy discounts.

Under the Consumer Contracts regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your agreement with MoonLit Woods within a period of 14 calendar days. This period begins the day after you receive the goods. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of your cancellation request. If your order has already been dispatched then you will need to either refuse delivery or return the goods, via our returns policy. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product. Goods must be returned before a refund will be processed and the product must be returned in its original condition.


Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your agreement, you can do so by writing to us or send us a message via our contact form. Orders can only be cancelled before processing/despatch has begun.
Once your order has been successfully cancelled and agreed by MoonLit Woods Ltd, any sum debited from your payment card by us will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible. If cancelled orders are erroneously delivered to you, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.


We reserve the right to cancel the order if:

  • We have insufficient stock to fulfil your order and an alternative is not suitable
  • We are unable to obtain payment
  • We do not deliver to your area
  • A product fault or an error in the product description has been identified
